The QR code won't scan

Usually it's a quick fix. Try these in order:

1. Wipe the tag. Mud, water marks or grime can block the code.
2. Use your phone's own camera app. Point it at the code and tap the link that appears.
3. Hold the phone steady, a little way from the tag, and let the camera focus.
4. Check the light. Very dim light or strong glare can confuse the camera.
5. Try another phone if you can. Some older cameras struggle with small codes.

If the tag looks worn or damaged, see what happens if your tag breaks. If it's faulty within 30 days of arriving, we'll replace it or refund you. Otherwise, email [email protected] with a photo of the tag and we'll take a look.
