When a finder sends a message or shares their location from your pet's page, we email it to every contact with an email address. Even if you miss a call, someone in the family hears about it.
You can update your contact list anytime from your dashboard. Add new contacts, remove old ones, or change the priority order in seconds. Your tag stays the same - only the profile updates.
