About the Service
Tails.ID provides a physical pet tag linked to a digital pet profile. The digital pet profile allows pet owners to display contact information including a phone number and email address, display an address on an optional basis, share allergy or health-related information provided by the owner, and receive an email when a person who scans the tag chooses to share their approximate location or send a message.
The Service is intended to assist with pet identification and reunification but does not guarantee the recovery of a lost pet.

Purchase and Pricing
2.1
The Product is sold as a one-time purchase. The price is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before any payment is taken. The purchase includes the physical tag and access to the digital pet profile features available at the time of purchase.
2.2
No recurring subscription fees apply to the features included with the purchase.
2.3
Any applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

We do not verify user-provided information and are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from outdated or incorrect details.

We are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or failures in location sharing, or for the actions or inactions of individuals who scan the tag.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service, misuse the platform to harass or impersonate others, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if misuse or breach of these Terms is detected.

All content, software, trademarks, designs, and intellectual property associated with Tails.ID remain our property or are licensed to us.
