Data Deletion

FIT PUP LTD publishes to its own Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Threads profiles through an internal tool connected to Meta. This page explains how to remove that access and how to ask us to delete the data the tool holds.

1.Remove access

Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove FIT PUP Publisher.

Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove FIT PUP Publisher.

Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions, then remove FIT PUP Publisher.

2.Ask us to delete your data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the Page or account concerned. We delete its data from the tool within 30 days and confirm by email. Copies in our encrypted backups are deleted within a further 14 days.
