GPS and Location notifications
Know exactly where your pet is when someone finds them
How GPS Tracking Helps
Powerful location features to bring your pet home faster
GPS Location
With Tails.ID, anyone who scans the tag can share their location from your pet's page. Their phone asks for permission first, so nothing is shared unless they agree.
The location comes from the finder's phone, so how precise it is depends on the phone and its signal.
Once the finder shares it, we email the location to you and to your pet's contacts. Open the Google Maps link in the email and head straight there.
