Here's what the different screens mean.
The scan opens a sign-up page
That tag isn't linked to a pet. This happens when:
- the tag is brand new. See how to set up your new tag.
- another tag was linked to the pet. Each pet has one tag, and the newest one replaces the old. See how to link a tag.
- the pet, or the account, was deleted.
The page is nearly empty
The tag is linked, but there isn't much on the profile yet. With no contacts on the profile, finders see "If you're reading this, it means I'm lost" and a box to message you. Add a contact with a phone number, a photo and anything else that helps. See what you can put on the profile.

The page can't be found
The link may have been copied or typed wrongly. Try scanning the tag again.
