When we send it
We post your tag as soon as we can. When it's on its way, we email you to say it has shipped.
How long delivery takes depends on where you are.
Tracking
Tags go by Royal Mail. If Royal Mail gives us a tracking number for your parcel, the shipping email includes it, with a link to follow your parcel. Emails about your order go to the address you used at checkout.

Tracking says delivered, but it isn't there?
Check with neighbours, your building's reception or anywhere parcels get left. If it's still missing, email [email protected] and we'll help.
